I did a fresh install of R5.5 and when I went to "Live TV" pretty much everything showed snow except for CPAN. It was all working fine under my (heavily butchered, hence the fresh install) R5F27.

I finally figured out that I need to go to General setup and change the Channel Frequency Table from "us-bcast" to "us-cable" and then it all worked again. Just in case anyone else has this problem.
