LinHes stop starting (fuppes related)

Post subject:  LinHes stop starting (fuppes related)
My system doesn't want to boot anymore since my last pacman -Syu. It freeze on the press F2 to view detailed information.

In the log i find this (repetitive error without end)

Aug 31 12:24:22 mythtv fuppes[3830]: segfault at 0 ip b7f7cd41 sp bfa8eda0 error 4 in libfuppes.so.$
Aug 31 12:24:23 mythtv fuppes[3831]: segfault at 0 ip b7fd0d41 sp bfce4ff0 error 4 in libfuppes.so.$



I tried to remove fuppes-svn package and reinstall it without success. Can someone help me with that? Any hints?

Is this the IP adress problem? There was an easy rollback for that issue. Search "network" here and flyspray for the fix.

No it's not related with the IP adress.

I tried to restore
/etc/net/ifaces/eth0/ipv4route.pacsave
/etc/net/ifaces/eth0/ipv4address.pacsave
but the problem is still present


My nic is working fine i can use putty to have acces to the system.

Any hints?

Hi,

I solved my problem.
Code:
pacman -Rsn fuppes-svn
rm -r .fuppes
pacman -Sy fuppes-svn


Family very happy to have access to Linhes again.
