Mythrestore is not restoring my database. Here is the backend log: Code: QSettings::sync: filename is null/empty
2005-04-28 20:09:16.770 New DB connection, total: 1 2005-04-28 20:09:16.786 Setting Lock for Database Schema upgrade. If you see a long pause here it means the Schema is already locked and is being upgraded by another Myth process. QSettings::sync: filename is null/empty 2005-04-28 20:09:16.794 New DB connection, total: 1 2005-04-28 20:09:16.798 Told to create a NEW database schema, but the database already has 31 tables. If you are sure this is a good mythtv database, verify that the settings table has the DBSchemaVer variable. 2005-04-28 20:09:16.801 Database Schema upgrade FAILED, unlocking. 2005-04-28 20:09:16.803 Couldn't upgrade database to new schema a show tables in mysql reveals no settings table, or any table after that. |

what are you upgrading from? at some point the default password for the database changed, so that may be at issue here. |

from r4v5. That doesn't seem to be the problem since it does create most of the tables. Thanks |
