Seems like when I do an autoupgrade everything works ok.. the video stops before the X starts but just doing a CTL-ALT f1 and installing the nvidia drivers first fixes that. My problem is the tuner! Once the DB is restored all the channels and cards and stuff are there but only one channel will play! Any idea's here. I am in the process of removing the tuner and the channels from the mythtv-setup and redoing them. I had already tried that before with no luck. Oh yea! I am using an avermedia m179. How do you set the tuner type now I was setting it in /etc/mythtv/modules/ivtv but that doesn't work anymore. Thanks SNAKE KEEP up the GREAT WORK! |

I removed the card and the directdata info and started over. Well that didn't do any good either. I can can only watch one channel. Oh yea this is on r5a15 Forgot to mention that! |

you still set it in that file, but the line should look more like this. options ivtv tuner=2 |
