I used these howtos in order to get the ATI driver installed correctly, and once I had it up and running. I could do menu navigation, etc on the tv, and I could view video on my computer monitor but the TV would be a big blue box, or if I had the program guide up, a small blue box.

I abandoned this card and reinstalled in favor of an Nvidia MX4000.
