I am tring to send up a couple of frontends one of them I am going to use the SFPID out look up to my reciever which I got to work just fine because it is the same as my backend. The other frontend is going to be in the bedroom where there is no reciever so I just want to have it look up to the TV and was thinking of going from the headphone out jack to an RCA splitter. To get this to work I have to go in and change the setup from /dev/adasp to /dev/dsp but since it is a frontend I am not changing it local but on the backend server. So sorry about the long story but just want to put it all out there. Does anyone know now to have one frontend up the digitial out and the other use the just the headphone jack out they all my machine have the same sound card in them.
