I tried following the instructions for the nuv2disc install from the wiki,
I cannot install th glib2-dev package, apt-get cannot find the package on

deb http://www.debian-multimedia.org/ sid main
deb http://www.debian-multimedia.org sarge main

I have googled forever qand cannot find a tar package they all seem to be .RPM

I even tried isntalling just plain old glib2 from gtk.org which isntalled fine, but I still recieve an error when running ./configure on avidemux2

which is

checking for pkg-config... /usr/bin/pkg-config
Package gtk+-2.0 was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `gtk+-2.0.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
No package 'gtk+-2.0' found

what version of knoppmyth are you using? nuv2disk has been part of the default install for quite some time now. just look under the knoppmyth menu.

ok so I tried selecting a .VOB file to burn and when I go to DVD status it says ERROR. I went to hte menu item that says LOGS under Utils and I see no errors in the log...

I would post the log but Im not sure the location
