is there a fix for importing newer DVD's?

I can import most all that I have, but some of the newer ones don't want to go.

Any ideas?

If they wont import then they are probably commercial DVD's and have copy protection on them. We can't discuss that here. Knoppmyth doesn't have out of the box support for commercial/protected DVD's. Google can be your friend.

Yes, and you might try doing a little digging here on the forum.

There is an old post called "DVD Playback / Rip Solutions", you might just try the suggestion in the last post...
