| Post subject: | Changing Channels in LiveTV on frontend |
I've gone through some of the other posts and haven't found an answer to this so here goes: Everything is fine with the exception of not being able to change the channel in live tv. The only possible component issue is the Hauppauge PVR 500, but everything else just plain works. I had a minor problem with the channel listings but now the guide is up and I'm doing a test record, but no matter what I seem to do, I can't change the channel (using the keyboard - no remote) when browsing in live tv! Any ideas? |

I went ahead and tried recording. I have a beautiful recording of the same channel I can't get off of, but the guide is showing another channel as what was recorded. I'm an average Linux user and have even gotten 90% of the way through mythTV setup before using Jarod's Page. |

You're not giving us much to go on. Why don't you back up three or four steps and take another run at it. - What version of KnoppMyth are you using? - What hardware? All you've said is PVR-500, what else is in the system? - How have you got this hooked up to you signal feed and what kind of feed is it? - What have you tried so far?
