I see no mention of how easy it is to play PAL DVD's in knoppmyth. I think it's worth noting that even though I'm in the US, with knoppmyth configured for NTSC everywhere, and my very common US NTSC TV, I can just pop in a PAL disk (this was from Germany), go to Optical Disks and Play and ta da, I'm watching fine German children's programming.
This particular disk is regionless and I'm not sure how important that is.
