Firstly, how do I rip the entire dvd as an ISO file? When I select a Perfect rip, I only get the one file I selected. Basically, I'd like to get the whole dvd, including menus, alternate tracks, etc as an ISO file.

Secondly, after I do a dvd rip, my drive locks and won't open. Any ideas? It doesn't happen when I rip cds.
