Here's the deal. I have a PVR-150 to control my cable box for HBO and Cinemax. I also have a PVR-500MCE for recording/watching other shows while that's in use. What I want to do is set it up so it doesn't accidentally try to record HBO or Cinemax from the PVR-500MCE that doesn't have those channels.

When I went to Zap2it to setup a second lineup, it tells me "That provider is already selected" or something to that effect. Is there a way to set this up within MythTV or do I have to trick it (use a 2nd account on zap2it or select digital lineup instead of the analog that I have [wasn't sure if that'd work])?

Any other ideas?

In mythtv-setup create a second lineup and select the same zap2it source. Then go the the channel editor and remove the cablebox only channels.

The Channel Editor will not allow me to remove single channels. Is there a keystroke I'm missing or something? I was selecting the channel and tabbing down to "delete channels" and it would wipe them all out.

Highlight the channel you want to remove and type "m". The option to delete should pop up.
