I've been shopping around for parts to build an HD frontend. What is the best way to output the digital audio on HD recordings?
My 32" LCD tv doesn't appear to support digital audio in, so I'm guessing that I would need to run an S/PDIF to my surround receiver if I wanted digital audio. Is it easy to convert digital audio to analog if I only wanted to use the TV for audio?
