system: r5e50, pvr350 w/ silver remote, irblaster.info blaster Ok this is a very basic question that I'm almost too embarassed to ask, but... When browsing the program guide (hit guide on the remote, then "program guide" in the menu that pops up) if I hit the "OK" button in the center of the d-pad, it takes me to a menu that has a bunch of recording options, etc. Is there any way button that just changes straight to the selected channel with no menus? if I use the channel +/- button on the remote it can change channels. Actually it shows a summary of what's on each channel, then I hit "OK" to choose the channel. It does work to change channel in that fashion though Any help would be much appreciated! |

Go to Utilities/Setup-Setup-TV Settings-Program Guide It's on the second screen where you can check "... change the channel ..." |

To change the channel from the program guide you toggle to the required show and then press the menu button on the remote. This will take you straight to the requested show. |

mythedoff's solution fixed my wagon. Future shows still show the record menu when I hit OK, shows in the current timeslot change immediately on hitting OK |
