KM R5E50 i have the following problem: yesterday i recorded from tv to my KM-box a program: went well. as the recording was finished i recorded an other program from the same broadcasting station, all seemed to be well. after that i recorded from another broadcasting station another program, this went well too. but now: in my mythweb screen, when looking at these 3 recordings everything seems normal, only the file size on the second recording shows 'B'.. (instead of a size, 2 GB e.g.) when i try to play the second program on my KM-box'es screen, i get the message 'file not found', the first and third program (which 'surround' program 2) play well.. how can this be? there is room on the harddrive -as the following recording proves-, and checked with df: enough GB's available. some of a mystery to me. thanks for your opinion rob NL |

Every time (both of them...) I get that error msg, it's because a db table has errors in it. Follow tjc:s tips for repairing the db in the hints & tips section and I think you'll be set. I *have* had another error too, that possibly could produce the same result: mpg-files owned by root/root instead by mythtv/mythtv. Given that later recordings work, this is unlikely.
