Post subject:  R5F27 TV Settings - Seeking: missing FFW/REW amount

So I recently wiped clean my R5A16 install and installed a fresh copy of R5F27 for schedulesdirect. Got everything going with only a few hiccups, but a few things have officially stumped me.
1) Font quality is down, even after switching to Sans Serif for qt. Nothing criminal, I'll live, but weird.

**2) Under Setup > TV Settings > Seeking, there is no option for Fast Forward amount and Rewind amount. Per mythtv wiki and my old install, it should be there. The problem is I'm jumping forward only 10 seconds instead of 30 seconds when watching recordings, and I'd like to put it back to 30 seconds. Can't find it under the KEYS config either and it's not a lircrc thing as far as I can see.

Thanks much for any help!

Look under setup->tv settings->Playback Groups->default

Hmm, I found it under the playback groups just as you stated, thanks much.

But now, suddenly, I can't playback video (constantly stutters) from my Watched Recordings. I'm flagging for commercials, but that is low priority, and previous version had no issues with this. Yesterday I also had no issues with this and the only thing I changed was the appearance and unrelated IR fix because I use the plugged-in IR receiver on my PVR-250.
*confused*
