Could someone list the defaults for the Recording profile for Mpeg-4. I would like to adjust my settings back to the defaults.

I'm also interested in people's opinions on which codec is better, RTjpeg or Mpeg-4. I'm using SD analog tv and would like people to post their configuration setting for their systems.

I'm not really all that impressed with the quality of either RTjpeg or Mpeg-4 with my recordings, so I hope with help I can get better quality. The sound is very tinny and the video is very blocky.
