| Post subject: | Internal player - band of menu background at bottom of video |
When using the internal player to watch xvid encoded videos, which are letter boxed for display on my 4:3 SD TV, there are several pixels worth of the menu background visible at the bottom of the video (not the bottom of the screen). The offending band is blue in color, and appears to have the same pattern as the background of the menu's for the theme I'm using (Blue). I have searched the forum, and googled, but can't find any reference to this issue. It does not seem to be the desktop showing at the bottom, it definitely appears to a band of the menu background. The problem goes away if I switch to mplayer, but the rest of the family prefers the consistency of the controls when using the internal player. Has anyone else seen this? If so, were you able to find a solution (other than not using the internal player)? |
