This doesn't work for me under R6 - at least the azureus_script doesnt - there seems to be some changes for where java lives (/opt/java) and some other quirks for me doing a fresh install of vuze

Anyone have it running at boot under R6 headless?

I've set up a test box and now have Azureus running on R6. The key is to tell Azureus how to find java!

just edit the azureus start script:

Code:
nano azureus

and add /opt/java/jre/bin/ between the "" for JAVA_PROGRAM_DIR=""

more to come...

I now successfully configured Azureus (Vuze) to run in headless mode and have setup Torrentflux-b4rt to operate as a web frontend for Azureus on my R6 test system.

It is an extremely feature packed and powerful setup this however it is quite bloated and runs pretty slow (might be faster on newer hardware).

The combo makes a very usable setup but it feels bloated, sluggish, and the Torrentflux-b4rt frontend feels messy.

I'm now working on testing out rtorrent with a coupld different web frontends and thus far am very happy!!!

I keep detail notes of my Azureus + Torrentflux-b4rt setup and was planning to write a howto but have lost interest in that particular setup.

That said if anyone else would be interested just let me know and I'll do my best to convert my notes into a useable howto.
