Are you sure your system's clock is set correctly? Sounds like your system clock is precise, just not accurate:

System wide stuff like that is usually in the settings table... Maybe TimeOffset (I'd expect that one to make them end late as well) or RecordPreRoll. You should be able to find it via the setup screens however, under general or recording options...
