Alrighty, so everything's working now except the sound. I've got one of those magical TV Wonder VEs. I'm using the via82xx sound driver, and all my mixer settings are correct (ie. line-in muted and set to capture, capture volume cranked) according to alsamixer. Sound works fine in xawtv, so my card is confiured correctly. There's no sound for live tv, and no sound when in a recording. Am I missing a step? |

how are you outputting your sound? if you are using digital out on some cards you have to change the capture settings in your recording profiles. I know for my intel based onboard sound I had to change to 48k before it would work with digital output. |
