Because it seems like I'm the only one with this question. I see where I'm supposed to setup my login/password to download xmltv listings for my area... but I've read the "pamphlet" over and over, searched the forums, and I still can't find anything that says where I need to go to GET/SIGN UP FOR this id & password.
