I was looking through the menu but could not locate where i can remove false tuner settings or how to correct them. I'm sure it's easy to do, but i've wasted too much time looking for it.

The page looks likes

you can't remove them from there, you have to run mythtv-setup again and when it asks you if you want to remove tuner card data you say yes, I know then you have to start all over and enter all cards again, but that's just the way it is.

Stop the backend (This is either alt-1 or alt-2 can't remember which but if your frontend complains that the backend is missing when you try to do something like view recordings, then you have stopped it) then press alt-s and mythtv-setup will run. To restart the backend after you have completed your mythtv-setup, alt-3.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH! I've had to run two clean installs in the past because I couldn't get the setup program to relaunch. Thanks!

Don't forget to redo your "Input Connections" and get the appropriate inputs (and only the ones you're using!) associated with the appropriate "Video Source" datafeed.
