Hey guys, Just finished a clean install of R5B7 with a pvr 350 and for the most part its been easy. One thing that is puzzling is when I'm watching live TV I can change channels and skip around no problem, however when I go into the myth menu and then go back to live TV the channel I was watching doesn't stick. The tuner always seems to default back to the same channel (in this cse 62) no matter what channel I was watching before. I've done a bunch of searches and haven't been able to find a similar problem. Sorry if this is a common problem, I just haven't found a solution. Thanks

Yes. I've never seen or heard of this behavior. Have you checked the logs?

I think I may have found it.... Go fix the initial channel in mythtv-setup and make sure it's set to something valid. If memory serves it's under "Input Connections". You may also want to look at the setting in the TV setup under the normal GUI.

Thanks that fixed it, but only after I started over by deleting the card and source and reassigning them and running mythfilldatabase again. Everything works fine now. Thanks for the help. Please feel free to move this thread to a more appropriate location in the forum.
