I'm in. Added the MBE to the fold.

Instructions were easy to follow from Page 1 and then the Auto Start after reboot just needed some path changes.

Andy

Update:
Is there something I am missing. This is running on my Backend which runs 24/7. I don't see any updates. I looked in /myth/folding and all of my dates are still from Jan 2 and Jan 3 when I installed it. I see that FAH504-Linux.exe is running yet I would think after a week I should see some progress changes in the work directory or in the main directory.

I have stopped it for now, as I have a strange problem in that I lost MythBackend communication last wednesday and then again this wednesday. Separate issue new post.
Not sure why, don't think it is related, but I killed the Folding until I figure this out.

I just killed the process but how do I stop it from restarting automatically (just until I get this other issue figured out)if I need to reboot the machine?

Thanks in Advance.

I just joined after upgrading to R5E50 and migrating to a new machine. I got through my first work unit that took 2 days to complete. Looks like the ranking is moving up!

I am having a blast with this...we have a lot of "test" machines that dont do much around here so I am making them work.

my numbers are quite sad :-( now!

I'm inthe process of chang8ing job's , I've left my old employer and start at my new one in the new few weeks.

My replacement dose not want to leave the folding clients running

I'm not sure what my new job will allow, in the way of folding. I just have to move there yet!

Ok, I'm in now. 3 CPU's (FE/BE, FE and Debian Etch file server for backups) currently folding for team KnoppMyth (P4 3.0GHz, Cel D 2.8GHz and Cel 500MHz). Let's go team! :D

I had to take my FE/BE and FE machines out of the mix. I know FahCore is supposed to step aside nicely when needed, but I was getting some audio glitches and a little video stuttering last night while recording 2 HD 1080i streams while watching one of them live. When I killed FahCore, everything cleared right up. I'll continue to look into the issue.

Don't sweat it Chris -- we were thrilled to have your farm pumping up our stats while it lasted!

We have so many new people coming online now I'm optimistic we will eventually get back to stellar production numbers -- but this time with each person having only one or two processors each. That's the best -- people coming and going can't affect the overall production rate much.

Now let's focus on getting more KM users out there, and our team stats will soar to new heights!

Sorry to hear that man. But yeah it was nice while it lasted!

Hoping your new job will allow for some boost, but we'll see :-)

Grats on your new job though! What are you doing now?
