I found this listof available content on demand.

Now the easiest way to access via my remote would be...?

First. make sure the TV is on and warmed up.

With the remote in your right hand, wave it in a horizontal "8" pattern (like the infinity symbol) while repeating, "I DEMAND your online content!"

I haven't tried it, but it should work if your TV and remote are responsive to your demands.

DOH! All this time I've been using the vertical "8" pattern!!!

Has anyone else seen the xbox 360 is now able to stream from NetFlix? Saw some weird commercial, I could have missed some details...

online, on-demand content. like it or not, it's the future. Before I'm done comflagging a show I just recorded, I can view it online in all it's glory! Forget about renting all those Simpsons, you can just stream them whenever you want. And that classic movie dvd collection you've been ripping to your 6 terra of home server? Well now it's all available on-demand for your viewing and listening pleasure...

oddly, all legal, most from the source (ABC, NBC, FOX, CNN, WB).

I agree 100%. Sadly, most are using weirdo codecs festooned with mega-DRM which impose severe limitations on viewing pleasure. I have a Roku box for Netflix streaming, but can we watch on our KM boxen? Of course not. You can't even watch them on your MAC because Netflix relies on bizarre DRM that only works under M$ Internet Exploder. I haven't looked into the streams from NBC et. al., but I'm sure they're the same.

Another example of progress hindered by DRM and old-school thinking. When will they learn?
