Well, like most areas, the TV signal I get is crap (they're way of saying use digital)

Well I don't want digital, so I'm wondering if anyone out there knows how to clean up a cable signal. the higher channels I have are really bad, on a tv tuner as well as any TunerCard I'm using. I live in an appt, so it makes it even more difficult.

if its possible, How can you clean up the crappy signal I'm getting into my appt?

Call your cable company. Adelphia changed the channel line-up and I got crappy signals on some channels. They sent a tech out who cleaned it up. He even got a demo of MythTV and liked it! :)

yeah the problem is usually in the junction box and there's not really much you can do about it, but complain. If they won't do anything see if everyone else has bad signal too and get several people to call and complain, and they will probably come out and clean up the junction box.
