Even though there was no forum up, I was able to upgrade to R5A12 from R4V4.2 over the weekend - thanks to Google Cache and the wiki!

I never really considered myself that much of a nerd.. but it struck me how hollow my life was without the forum... In the meantime while missing it .. I finally built a FC3 build and everything is swimming along nicely thanks Cessman we missed it :)

I also really missed this place. I browsed the gossamer-threads lists a lot, but it's just not the same.

Anyway, thanks to google cache and the wiki I was able to set up a slave backend with a hd3000 card running r5a12.

Thanks for getting them up again so fast Cecil.

I've got a big back log of notes and stuff from getting mythburn working, verifying that disabling the APIC at boot really fixes the Nforce2 clock drift problems over the long haul, fixes for the animated maps in MythWeather and the URL change, ... Wheee!!!

Oh and... Three cheers for Cecil for getting the forums back up!!! Hip-hip! Horaay! Hip-hip! ...
