Yes I've read the posts and yes I've searched.
I've gone throught the process of using Powerstrip to get a modeline for my television but something is still not correct.

I have a Toshiba 51H84 rear projection tv and I am using an MSI nvidia FX5500 card.

Here are my questions:

1. When using Windows and Power strip, I find that the clearest resolution with no jitter is 1176x664 and I believe that is at 60hz refresh.
Does using the nvidia driver / application to change the resolution effect the way powerstrip either works or creates the modeline?

I set it to be 1176x664 and it doesn't seem to change anything on screen so I create the modeline then put that into XF86Config-4 but I cannot get X to show anything but 640x480.

2. Does anyone have the same or similar set up that they have working with a Toshiba rear projection and fx5000 card.
