I have one Knoppmyth up and running and want to set another box up to debug all/some of my mistakes with the first one plus add some later "goodies". I am by no stretch an expert.

I have an EPoX EP-8KDA71
SD CARD Creative SB0570 Audigy SE OE
Segate 300 & 160 HDDs
VGA EVGA GF6200 128-A8-N339 video card
no floppy drive and turned off in bios
AMD 3400
Lite-On SHW-160P6S DVD

I cannot get the CD to run, everything stops at the start of boot up and give me:
Welcome to KNOPPIX Live-On-CD
Probing SCSI...aicxxx_CAUTION.0
It totally shuts down. I don't think I have any SCSI hardware but I am not an expert. The raid part of the board is turned off in bios.
Could someone tell me what this message is telling me and where to look to correct.
Looked in FAQ and tried the one solution it had but my kernal could not find the noscsi module.

When the CD boots and asks for boot options say:

When it asks about SCSI drivers answer "n" for none.
