Hey, I'm setting up a box with a pvr-350 and a 150. How can I figure out which /dev/video<n> they've been assigned to so I can do my input connections? Thanks

Look at the log files - See this wiki page for details - http://www.knoppmythwiki.org/index.php?page=CheckingLogFiles

You can generally change the order if desired by swapping which PCI slots they're in.

Actually you can also tell from within mythtv-setup in this case, since a PVR-350 or PVR-250 will have "Tuner0" and a PVR-150 or PVR-500 just "Tuner".

Thanks for the link. I ran grep on all those but couldn't find any reference to video0 or video1. I'm just gonna assume that since the 350 is detected first it's assigned video0. On the subject of log files, does the initial configuration script generate a log? It presents a ton of info when I run it, usually handy stuff like "run bootsplash.sh to change that option" but it scrolls by way to fast for me to get it all. Is there anyway to go back and reread that?

Card #0 is video0, card #1 is video1 and so on. It's right there in the logs...
Code:
dmesg | grep "Initialized WinTV PVR"
