Is there a command to start over the configuration from the menu which asks you for the time zones (i.e. not just the mythtv portion)?

Also, I mananged to get respectable output on my standard 19 inch NTSC TV with a ATI Radeon 9000 Pro using the "vesa" driver and setting the vertical and horizontal frequencies in the XFConfig-4 file. I have read that the vesa driver is sort of a generic driver and does not offer the best picture quality. I have also read that ATI cards can be very difficult to get to work. Would it be worth the effort to try to download the latest ATI drivers and such?

What is it you need to reconfigure? I like to keep things simple. One question per thread please.

When I run the command that you gave I get the following:
