I looked in the log file under /var/log/apache/ and it tells me /var/www/robots.txt does not exist, and the client is my router(192.168.1.1)

Not sure what to make of it, but I get the 400 Bad Request errors when I use my no-ip route to MythWeb, as well as typing in the LAN IP, and even using localhost/mythweb/

After I changed the password it was working for a while, then after about 20 logins it would randomly give the 400 error, now I get nothing but...

And for some reason I can get to the webpage that Apache serves by default if you don't add the /mythweb at the end of the address, it's just when I log in I get the 400 errors.

Any help would be great, thanks.

Err, I forgot, running R5C7, and some other questions might be answers by this link. But I don't think it's a bad install this time, just something is wrong with the server files. I deleted the password file then made a new one with a new password and it worked, once...

Well even though no one ended up posting to help me figure out what was wrong I thought I'd post the answer to my problem.

So when I typed in my IP or used the IP redirect service I would type /mythweb at the end, since before I changed my password it worked everytime.

Now it seems it doesn't redirect me to the mythweb.php file when typing in /mythweb now. So I have to type in (IP address)/mythweb/mythweb.php.

Anyway, if someone who knows how to do a simple redirect to the mythweb.php file if I just type in the IP of the system could reply that would be great. I'm not sure why but the link on the index.html page doesn't work since I changed my password.

But if there is a way I could use mythweb.php as the index page, the information on doing so would be most helpful.

What is with the attitude? Do you think it is that perhaps no one knew the answer to your query? Or perhaps someone was thinking it over? Thanks for posting what the fix was... There is nothing wrong with coming back and stating that you solved your own issue. This is great. Think of the issues myself and the testers solve before you even see them....

Personally, I don't plan on using the web server on this box for anything *but* MythWeb, so I opted to move everything in /var/www/html/mythweb/ to /var/www/html/ and remove the mythweb folder, so I get to MythWeb with just http://htpc/ (htpc is the hostname for MythTV box). Alternatively, Zachary Hamm suggests creating an index.php file in /var/www/html/, containing the following to achieve the same effect:
