The Channel Guide database seems to be dead on my system (R5C7)... No channel info is found in the schedule.

I have run mythfilldatabase manually and can confirm that it is logging in and downloading something, but it doesn't update the schedule. It also reports my login expiry, so I believe that the download process is going properly (from Zap2it). My Zap2it account seems to be set up properly - when I log in on their website, I can see the correect listings for the local cable company.

Any idea what is wrong or how to fix it?

Under system status, it reports that the channel guide was updated, however it says that there is no schedule information. Also, it suggests that mythfilldatabase may now be running - how do a check that and fix it, if it turns out to be the problem?

Thanks!

Greg

Manually run mythfilldatabase and report what you see...

I tried changing my Zap2it account to an old account I had forgotten about and all is well...

Not sure what is wrong with the new account - it doesn't expire until Sept, but somehow the info was not being pulled from it.

Thanks for the offer to help - I will let you know if it exhibits this problem again...

I ran into the same problem & did run mythfilldatabase; it ran, but it's telling me "Channels Updated" but "Did not find any new program data".
I'm running it right now and will see how it goes; I'll repost if successful.
