Hi *

Can somebody help me with installing wine under R5C7 ?.
I know using APT-GET now is quite dangerous :-(
I want to avoid any problems with my very stable running R5C7 - so how should I do it ?

million thanx in advance

First, install corkscrew.
Then uninstall cork.
Wine will not install unless you do these two steps first.
Install wine into the top port of glass using the round connector at the top of the packaging that you got with your release of wine.
All you need to do then is lift the glass so that it mates with your cake hole connector and pour it in.
You can take a shortcut and do away with glass altogether, but the purists think of that as a kind of a hack.

That really isn't helpful to anyone...

I tried to get the lates version of wine to run on R5C7 but no matter what I did I couldn't get it without apt-get fucking everything up. I ended up ditching knoppmyth and installing mythtv from source onto xUbuntu wine runs well on that so now i can use uTorrent.

If anyone else knows of a way to get the lates release of wine running on R5C7 I would be interested to hear about it.
