I've got an RM4100 (also known as the M$NTV2) which I've flashed the bios with a new version allowing the system to boot a linux kernel off of one of the partitions on the CF card. The system loads vmlinux.bin and cmdline which are located in the top directory of partition one on the cf card. cmdline points to wherever the root directory is and then starts /etc/init to get the rest of things loaded.

I can mount an nfs partition on another machine but I'm wondering how to start the knoppmyth install scripts to get things rolling. When I mount the ISO all I get are the contents of the CD which contain boot images and the install image. I have read plenty of how-to's about creating a boot floppy and then using that to install, however, the RM4100 is unique and needs to boot that kernel that's already on the cf card. That, and it doesn't have a cd, floppy, or hdd (just a CF card onboard). How can I properly mount the knoppmyth cd and start the install over the network?

I have an external usb drive that I can use to store all of the install files (just copy the contents of the CD to it) so I could technically install from there, I just can't figure out how to mount that big image on the disk and start the install.
