Can someone tell me how to start the configuration setup again after you have already finished it on R5D1? The setup wizard that walks you through the NIC setup, the IR, etc. Also, what is the best way to find out what my fequency is (us-cable, us-bcast, etc.) for the Central Florida area? Thanks. |

Thank you. Now, does anyone know how to find channel frequency (us-cable, us-bcast, etc.) for my area in Central Florida? |

If you are using an antenna for your reception, pick "us-bcast" which stands for United States Broadcast. If you are on a cable tv system pick "us-cable" which should be self explanatory. Get a zap2it account and do not "scan for channels". Instead load channels from the listings. |

I don't know what the deal is. The channels are fuzy/static and the channels won't change. |

Thanks anyway. I decided to skip the whole KnoppMyth version and do with Fedora Core 5 using the following HOWTO: http://www.wilsonet.com/mythtv/ It's such a good walkthrough and I have it up and running. Recording a show as I type this email. |
