I'm trying to get the DirecTV HD20-100 receiver to work. I have the raw codes captured for it, but I need to convert it into the short code, and don't know how. The reason I need to convert it is instead of sending a single flash for each digit, it sends 4 quick flashes instead of 1.
The codes I have are:
