I installed R5E50 and when I get to loading X it will lock up.... so I quickly switched to console (CTRL+ALT+F1) and tried to run the scripts as stated in the wiki. Well, on running "install-i586 -lx" I get 3 dpkg: error processing errors followed by cannot access archive: No such file or direcgtory exist. This is for libmyth*, myth*.deb and modules/*.deb

Is that normal? I'm assuming no.

Secondly: I said, screw it let's see if I can get the nvidia driver up and running.... well, that gave me errors too. I tried "install-nvidia-debian.sh 1.0.9746" which just said that another driver was installed and to use -force to install the other driver (paraphrased) ...so I did that and it tried to compile from source and couldn't find source files. That didn't seem right and I had been at it for hours so I just came here and posted this and I'm going to get some sleep and attack it tomorrow.

BTW, I have a GeForce FX 5200 and a PVR 150

I don't get a "blank screen" I get the desktop and it freezes or I get to the config page and start stepping through when all of a sudden it displays all glitchy and half drawn in places and it's locked. I can get around the lock up IF I get to the "enter root password" xterm prompt and do CTRL+ALT+F1 then I get to the console and it doesn't lock up.
