I can't figure out why schedules aren't being downloaded. I checked my connection and config and all seems ok. I did a format and reinstall but neither is working.

I am on normal cable (not HD) and get to the xmltv listings grabber and choose N. America (datadirect) and hit retrieve lineups but nothing happens since I don't have the user and password info filled in. I read something about editing channels may have causing this (all I did was scan for available channels) but I'm not sure. Where is this user/pass obtained?

Some side info, all else seems to work and the hardware I'm using functions fine on the lastest release R50E50. I've read some error that reconfiguring while the backend was running will... (then the message in the dialog is cut off) So I stopped mythbackend and tried to reconfig but it was no use.


I went to search but I got some sort of mysql error on the search so any help to get this (hopefully) simple problem fixed would be appreciated!
