I'm kind of new to this PVR business so I am reading up on all I can. What is the proper hardware setup to record a show and watch a different show at the same time? Can you use a Hauppage 500 card to do this since it has two tuners? |

Yes, exactly. You need two tuners, one for recording and one for watching. Since the PVR 500 has two tuners on one card, that would do the trick. |
