hi folks, i have some problems to update knoppmyth r5f27 with svn. when i update to the newest trunk and make a ./configure, the dvb driver will be loaded included in kernel module. if i set --enable-dvb --enable-v4l this will ignored. after make and make install, everything is fine, but after a reboot theres no option in mythtv-setup to configure any dvb cards. how can i fix this problem????? many thx for your answrs frank |

hi, ifixed it !! get the kernel sources from knoppmyth. wget fxx://knoppmyth.net/R5/linux-source-2.6 ... om_all.deb compile it and you have support for v4l and dvb!! |

Acutally, all that is needed is the headers. By following http://mysettopbox.tv/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=16434&highlight=dvb+headers I was able toget it to work. Did not need to re-compile the kernel. |
