I have a Hauppauge pvr-150, but having troube getting it to send commands.
I've followed the instructions at http://www.blushingpenguin.com/mark/blog/?p=24

But I'm getting this error;

[root@localhost ~]# irsend SEND_ONCE blaster 0_1_KEY_POWER

irsend: hardware does not support sending

Troubleshooting...
[root@localhost ~]# modprobe lirc_dev debug=1 && modprobe lirc_pvr150 debug=1
[root@localhost ~]# dmesg | grep lirc
