Hi i have a big problem with this card. I have installed the knoppmyth V4R4. When i try to see the tv, i only see a green screen. What i have to do? I'm a newbie in linux, so i don't know how do. I don't know wath settings i have to write in the config menu in mythtv-setup.
Please help me.

Read it then read it again. Instead of /etc/modutils/, modified /etc/mythtv/modules/bttv then reboot. I don't know if your card is the same as the model, I had...

Excuse me if i had write another post, but i'm have a lot of problem with this card. I have modicated the bttv file, but the card doesn't work yet. I see only a green screen. What i have to do? I have to install some driver or patch the kernel?

well my guess would be from your broken english that you live somewhere that PAL is used, and sometimes if things are set for NTSC instead of PAL then it will result in green screen. (hint cesman is in US NTSC) of course so am I so I don't know how set it for PAL, but it's a direction.

Do you know for certain that your card is support by bttv, cx88 or saa7134? You may need to look at CARDLIST to determine this. CARDLIST should also let you know the vaule of card=X. To determine the tuner type, you may have to pull the card and look at it. You can also try a Google to see if the card is support and what card and tuner type folks are using. That is how I got the original values I used in my post.
