So I've finally got the system almost functional, but I made a minor mistake configuring the backend during installation. I see no way to access and correct anything on the backend (unless the backend doesn't load and run, which it now does) Suggestions?
I am a total noob to this. I know computers, but have only fiddled with UNIX a long time ago and barely even played with Linux.

If you're talking about the warning from mythtv-setup about the backend running you can try ignoring it (should be OK for most things) or shutdown the backend using either the key short cuts or the command line. See the instructions here: http://www.knoppmythwiki.org/index.php? ... MytTVsetup
