| Post subject: | Xine breaks TV playback? |
I've got a strange issue here. I've just installed Xine-ui. The install went smoothly and I can play dvd's just fine. However, I noticed that if I try to watch tv after launching and exiting xine, I get sound but no picture. If I reboot, then watch tv everything is fine. As soon as I launch Xine, TV is broken again. Any ideas? |

Thanks for the replies guys. Funny thing is I found reference to this at another forum to use this command xvattr -a XV_AUTOPAINT_COLORKEY -v 1 but I still had the same problem My fix was to use this command instead xine -pfhq --no-splash -V xshm dvd:// Everything works now. |
