Can anyone recommend a tool to copy DVDs? Ideally it would have a command line interface to rip the disc to a directory and transcode if needed. Then a separate invocation could be used to burn a copy from the rip directory.

Does anyone have experience using lxdvdrip to copy DVDs? It seems like a good command line-based tool, but it also has a lot of dependencies. If someone has used it successfully, is there a deb repository for it that will make the install easy and conflict-free for R5A15?

Thanks,
Richard

When I said wrong forum, I meant I don't want discussing copying DVDs on this forum (PERIOD).
