I just installed KnoppMYth and am restarting for the first time and i get this message. "Trend ChipAwayVirus has detected a boot virus on your hard disk, press enter for more information." I press enter and it tells me i need a clean bootable floppy disk. What do I do? This seems bad.

just go into the bios and turn the bios level virus detection off. I've never actually seen it catch a real virus, but some of the like to detect linux (my guess is the boot loader) as a virus.

.left shift key broken.

linux has to write to your boot record, which is popular target for old-skool virii. linux has a legitimate need to modify this because it is writing the record to boot linux instead of your previous os 9windows?0

and i have been saved by it, but not since like 1995
