OK, installation woes here. :(

I have working a copy of R4V4 but trying to install the latest version of R5A15.1 is causing me absolutely no joy whatsoever.
The issue that I have is that I pop in the burnt iso cd and the machine boots up and goes through the process of loading linux, however it halts on the same place on every boot up, the point where it is looking for a DHCP server.

I can whack the really old version into the drive and it all works no problems.

Does the latest version require a DHCP server on the network in order to even get to the install?

Any help would be appreciated.

cheers
Andrew

A trivial search would have found this (read ALL of it, the solution is in a couple pieces): http://mysettopbox.tv/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=3624&highlight=dhcp
