Hello,

I'm new to KnoppMyth after I had to reinstall my Mythbox after 2+ years.

H/W is an Epia M6000, PVR350 on a Philips LCD via VGA now, on the old TV I used the PVR350's TV-out.

But this has nothing to do with my question, which is: Is there a recommended procedure for an update from r5a15.1 to r5a16? The docs talk abaout update from r3 or r4 to r5, but nothing about minor updates.

Is this on the lines of:

1. boot off the CD and do an automatic upgrade

or

2. apt-get update; apt-get dist-upgrade

I really don't want to break the thing before all the little details are running the way I like them to, and obviously I even less like the idea of breaking it after that point
